How to play:
#At the start of a game, player/s must make an initial wager.
#Player/s has the option of making a Tie Bet (Payment 10 to 1)
#Each player and House received one card face up.
o House card outranks Player's - Player loses.
o Player's card outranks House - Player wins (Payment 1 to 1)
#If Player and House cards are of equal rank, player has two options:
o Surrender - Player loses half his wager.
o Go To War - Player and House shall make another wager equal the amount of the original bet. A card shall then be dealt to Player followed by another card to House.
#If Player's card outranks House, Player wins all the money on the hand concerned.
#If House card outranks Player's - Player loses.
#If Player and House cards are of equal rank, the Player wins and is paid a Bonus equal the amount of the original bet.
